Ingredients:
-Patala poha 1/4 kg
-Handful Dane ( groundnuts)
-Handful dalya ( roasted chana)
-You can add sliced dry coconut too
-Ghee 1 tbsp
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Til (sesame seeds)1 tsp
-Jeera ( cumin seeds) 1tsp
-Rai (mustard seeds) 1tsp
-Curry leaves
-Dry red chillies 2
-Turmeric pd
-Salt as per taste
-Powdered sugar 1tsp
How To Cook?
Keep poha in direct sunlight for 2 hrs.
In a pan roast poha with ghee till crisp
Dry roast dane n dalya
Heat oil add rai jeera til curry leaves chillies n dane n dalya one by one
Add turmeric n poha n salt
Mix it well
Now turn off flame… n add 1tsp sugar (powered )
