
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – icing Sugar
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 4 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 tbsp – boiling water
Method:
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder.
- Place in a bowl over simmering water.
- Make a well in the centre of the sifted ingredients and add boiling water and butter.
- Stir gradually until icing is smooth.
