
Ingredients:
• 2 bunches of Cilantro
• 6-8 green chilies
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1.5 tbsp salt
• Seasoning-
• 2-3 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tbsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tbsp – cumin
• 4-5 Curry leaves
Method:
- Take a Frying pan add oil to it
- Add chillies, tomatoes, and cilantro
- Fry for 10-15 minutes in medium heat and grind them when its cool
- Add salt and add the seasoning.
- serve this with medu vada, dosai or plain rice.
