Ingredients:
• 3.5 cup – white flour
• 2 tsp – skim Milk powder
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Yeast
• 1 cup – water
• 1 1/4 tsp – salt
Method:
- Process dough, use 1/3 for a mini white loaf of bread.
- For Cinnamon buns, roll rest of dough to about 1/2 inch, spread a thick layer of butter, and brown sugar over it, raisins/pecans optional.
- Sprinkle a good layer of cinnamon on top.
- Roll and slice into small Cinnamon buns.
- Place in a pan with more butter and sugar on bottom.
- Let it rise for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
