
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup and 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – fresh thick curds
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – cocoa
Method:
- In a deep casserole, mix all the ingredients, without lumps.
- Microwave high (700 W output) for 10 mins, stirring twice in between. Take a small quantity and drop it in cold water.
- If a soft but firm ball forms, remove the dish and stir the mix well.
- Pour on a greased tray and allow to cool.
- Cut into required shapes serve.
