Ingredients:

• 300 g – raw Rice
• 100 g – black gram dal
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• Salt to taste
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/4 tsp – Yeast
• Topping:
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Carrot
• 2-3 Cabbage leaves
• 3 florets – Cauliflower
• 2-3 – Onions
• 2-3 – Coriander leaves
• Cheese layers or grated cheese

Method:

  1. Wash the raw rice, black gram dal and fenugreek seeds well together.
  2. Then keep it in water for 1/2 hour. Then grind it with a little water.
  3. Add coconut, green chillies, salt and grind it again.
  4. After this, put the yeast in warm water and mix it well and add it to ground mix.
  5. Leave aside to ferment the whole day.
  6. Then cut all the vegetables into small pieces, cook in microwave for 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
  7. Heat a tawa and spread 1 or 2 tsps of oil on it. Spread the batter evenly in a thick layer.
  8. Then spread the vegetable mix on the dosai and cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Cook on medium-low heat. Serve with coriander leaves and cheese on the top.
