Ingredients:

• For dough:
• Wheat flour – 6 cup
• Water as needed
• Salt
• For filling:
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Gram flour – 1/2 cup
• Curry leaves – a few sprigs
• 3- green chillies, finely cut
• Mustard-1 tsp
• Oil
• Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Knead the flour into a soft dough
  2. For the filling:
  3. Splutter mustard and add , gram flour, coconut and curry leaves and fry till golden brown.
  4. Divide into 18-20 parts, and roll into lemon sized balls and gently flatten it to a patty.
  5. Fill it with 1 tsp of the coconut mixture and again roll into small balls.
  6. Flatten the stuffed balls softly.
  7. Fry until it puffs up and turns golden brown
  8. Serve hot
