Ingredients:

• 3 – Coconuts, scraped
• 500 g – Rava
• 500 g – Sugar
• 12 – eggs
• 200 g – Butter
• Vanilla or cardamoms, optional
• Baking Pan

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat the mixture till everything is mixed and the sugar melts.
  2. After that, add the scraped coconut and the rawa. Beat it till it is well mixed.
  3. Add the vanilla or cardamoms to and mix well.
  4. Grease a baking pan with ghee, add the mixture and bake till golden brown on moderate heat.
  5. Let it cool, then serve.
