Ingredients:
• 3 – Coconuts, scraped
• 500 g – Rava
• 500 g – Sugar
• 12 – eggs
• 200 g – Butter
• Vanilla or cardamoms, optional
• Baking Pan
Method:
- Take a bowl, add the butter, sugar and eggs. Beat the mixture till everything is mixed and the sugar melts.
- After that, add the scraped coconut and the rawa. Beat it till it is well mixed.
- Add the vanilla or cardamoms to and mix well.
- Grease a baking pan with ghee, add the mixture and bake till golden brown on moderate heat.
- Let it cool, then serve.
