Ingredients:

• 200 ml – chilled soya Milk
• 2 tbsp – filter coffee decoction or 1 tsp instant coffee
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2 tsp – hot water (if using instant coffee)

Method:

  1. Beat together sugar, coffee and hot water.
  2. When it gets foamy, add milk.
  3. Mix and keep in refrigerator.
  4. Before serving, beat till frothy with an electric whipper or egg beater.
  5. Serve chilled and foamy.
