Ingredients:
• 1 cup Channa dal
• Green chillies
• 1/2 inch piece Ginger
• 8 Onions (small)
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frieding
Method:
- Soak channa dal in water for an hour.
- Grind it in mixer along with green chillies and ginger to a coarse consistency.
- Cut onions and coriander into small pieces and add to the mixture along with salt.
- Make into flat, circular vada shape and deep fry in oil.
