Ingredients:

• 2 cup – Milk
• 2 – Egg whites
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – tender Coconut
• 2 tsp – gelatine

Method:

  1. Add gelatine in 1/4 cup warm milk.
  2. Keep aside till it dissolves.
  3. Add sugar to the rest of the milk.
  4. Beat egg white till fluffy.
  5. Mix all the ingredients except the tender coconut together.
  6. Put tender coconut in a glass dish.
  7. Pour the mixture over the coconut.
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
