Ingredients:
• 2 cup – Milk
• 2 – Egg whites
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – tender Coconut
• 2 tsp – gelatine
Method:
- Add gelatine in 1/4 cup warm milk.
- Keep aside till it dissolves.
- Add sugar to the rest of the milk.
- Beat egg white till fluffy.
- Mix all the ingredients except the tender coconut together.
- Put tender coconut in a glass dish.
- Pour the mixture over the coconut.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
