
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Icing Sugar
• 1 cup – Water
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp -Instant coffee
• 1 – Cake.
Method:
- Sieve the icing sugar and gradually add the butter.
- Mix until thick and coats the back of the spoon.
- Do not beat the mixture.
- Now add the instant coffee and mix well.
- Spread it on the cake with a spatula and keep aside to dry.
