
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – coffee powder
• 1 litre – Milk
• Sugar as required
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• Walnuts to garnish
Method:
- Take 1 litre milk and boil it till its water content is reduced.
- Add corn flour and stir
- Add coffee and stir again.
- Finally heat some sugar in a pan and heat till sugar melts into golden brown
- Pour the condensed milk and let it cool
- Pour this mixture in an ice-cream tray and freeze it for at least 1 hr.
- Garnish with walnuts.
