Ingredients:

• 3-4 – Bananas ripe
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 tbsp – plain flour
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Steam bananas in a bamboo or double boilerwithout removing skin for 5 mins
  2. Peel the bananas and keep aside
  3. To make sweet sauce:
  4. Warm flour, cinnamon, cardamom in a pan.
  5. Add sugar, mix well.
  6. Add coconut milk, stirring continuously, till mixture is smooth.
  7. Cook further for 2-3 minutes, till sauce is thick.
  8. Serve poured over hot bananas.
