Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp – besan flour
• 1 cup – cooked Corn
• 3 tbsp – chopped Spinach
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together with sufficient water to a smooth, slightly thick, batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, scoop out a spoonful of the batter into it and fry till golden brown.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Repeat the process till all the batter is finished.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
