
Ingredients:
• 150 g -sweet Corn
• 100 g -fresh Green peas
• 1- Onion
• 1 -tomato
• 1 tsp -ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil for cooking
Method:
- Heat two tbsp oil in the pan.
- Add the chopped onions, fry well.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add the tomato puree.
- Cook till it boils, then add the red chilli powder, spices and salt.
- Then add corn and peas and mix well.
- Add 1 cup water, cover and cook on a slow flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Enjoy with rice or roti.
