Ingredients:

• 150 g -sweet Corn
• 100 g -fresh Green peas
• 1- Onion
• 1 -tomato
• 1 tsp -ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Heat two tbsp oil in the pan.
  2. Add the chopped onions, fry well.
  3. Then add ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Add the tomato puree.
  5. Cook till it boils, then add the red chilli powder, spices and salt.
  6. Then add corn and peas and mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook on a slow flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Enjoy with rice or roti.
