Ingredients:

• 6 Carrots
• 2 Onions
• 1 – large Potato
• 1/2 tsp – Fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• Salt
• Pepper

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables into big pieces.
  2. Add 6 cups of water.boil this till tender.
  3. When cooked blend the mixture and strain.
  4. Boil for 15 minutes.
  5. When ready add cream, milk, salt and pepper.
