Ingredients:
• 6 Carrots
• 2 Onions
• 1 – large Potato
• 1/2 tsp – Fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• Salt
• Pepper
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into big pieces.
- Add 6 cups of water.boil this till tender.
- When cooked blend the mixture and strain.
- Boil for 15 minutes.
- When ready add cream, milk, salt and pepper.
