Ingredients:

• 800 ml – Milk
• 200 ml – condensed Milk
• cashews, Badam – 5-10
• 200 g – Raisins
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• a pinch of yellow food colour

Method:

  1. Soak cashews and badam in 200 ml of hot milk.
  2. Heat the rest of the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel until it is reduced to one-fourth.
  3. Grind the soaked nuts into a creamy paste.
  4. Add them to the boiling milk. Boil for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add sugar and condensed milk.
  6. Remove from the heat, add vanilla essence and food colour.
  7. Fry the raisins in ghee add as topping.
  8. Refrigerate and serve.
