
Ingredients:
• 800 ml – Milk
• 200 ml – condensed Milk
• cashews, Badam – 5-10
• 200 g – Raisins
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• a pinch of yellow food colour
Method:
- Soak cashews and badam in 200 ml of hot milk.
- Heat the rest of the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel until it is reduced to one-fourth.
- Grind the soaked nuts into a creamy paste.
- Add them to the boiling milk. Boil for another 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and condensed milk.
- Remove from the heat, add vanilla essence and food colour.
- Fry the raisins in ghee add as topping.
- Refrigerate and serve.
