Ingredients:
• 1 pack – Fussili pasta, cooked
• 1 jar – Dolmoi Extra Mushroom
• 1/2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 100 g – small Onion
• grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
• 100 ml – thick Cream
• 350 g – Chicken strips
Method:
- Dice the onion and fry in the olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken strips and fry gently for a minute.
- Add the jar of Dolmoi Extra Mushroom and simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is hot.
- Take off the heat, mix with the cooked pasta, add the cream and stir.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese liberally over the sauce and place under a grill for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
