
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Caramel custard mix (approx 49 gms) with caramel topping mix (approx 21 gms)
• 1 cup – Evaporated Milk
• 1 cup – Water
Method:
- Empty the 21 gms. caramel topping.
- Mix into a 2 cup mould, or 4 single serving cups.
- Combine evaporated milk and water in a medium size non-stick pan.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add the caramel mix, stirring continuously. Boil gently for 2 mins. stirring continuously.
- Gently pour the custard mixture over the caramel topping. Cool.
- Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
- Turn out and serve with fresh fruit.
