Ingredients:

• 1 packet – Caramel custard mix (approx 49 gms) with caramel topping mix (approx 21 gms)
• 1 cup – Evaporated Milk
• 1 cup – Water

Method:

  1. Empty the 21 gms. caramel topping.
  2. Mix into a 2 cup mould, or 4 single serving cups.
  3. Combine evaporated milk and water in a medium size non-stick pan.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the caramel mix, stirring continuously. Boil gently for 2 mins. stirring continuously.
  6. Gently pour the custard mixture over the caramel topping. Cool.
  7. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Turn out and serve with fresh fruit.
