Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – bhendi (okra)
• 2 tsp – gram flour
• Marinate:
• 1/2 – Lime
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• salt – to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Top and tail the okra and cut it into 4 parts.
- Marinate it with lime, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt, and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with gram flour and mix it properly.
- Deep-fry the okra. Serve hot.
