Ingredients:

• Carrot – 1
• Onion – 1
• Cabbage – a few leaves
• Beetroot – 1
• A little Maida
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
• For the sauce: 1 tbsp – finely chopped Onions
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• A dash of chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
  2. Mix the flour and salt and add this to the vegetables and coat them well and deep fry in oil.
  3. Heat the butter in a kadai and saute the onions. Add the tomato and chilli sauce and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix in the fried vegetables and serve.
