
Ingredients:
• Carrot – 1
• Onion – 1
• Cabbage – a few leaves
• Beetroot – 1
• A little Maida
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
• For the sauce: 1 tbsp – finely chopped Onions
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• A dash of chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
- Mix the flour and salt and add this to the vegetables and coat them well and deep fry in oil.
- Heat the butter in a kadai and saute the onions. Add the tomato and chilli sauce and add a pinch of salt.
- Mix in the fried vegetables and serve.
