Ingredients:
• Chicken Drumsticks – 10
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Chilly sauce – 1 tbsp
• Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Crushed pepper – 1 tsp
• Water – 2 cups
• Salt to taste
• For batter:
• Flour – 1.5 cup
• Egg – 1 beaten
• Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Bread crumbs – 250g
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the chicken with all the ingredients listed (except for batter). Drain and keep aside. Reserve the stock.
- Make the batter to a thin consistency. Dip the cooked chicken in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs, and deep-fry it.
- For sauce:
- Take the reserved stock, and add 2 tablespoons of corn flour to it.
- Boil for 5 minutes and serve hot with the chicken.
