Ingredients:

• Sprouted Moong – 250g
• Onions – 2 (Cubed into small pieces)
• Lemon – 1
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Sambar powder (Optional) – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil.
  2. When it becomes hot, add the cubed onions and saute them till they become soft and transparent.
  3. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, and sambar powder. Fry for some time.
  4. Add the sprouted moong to the onion mixture and add salt.
  5. Saute it till the moong is fully coated with the masala.
  6. Squeeze the lemon over the sprouted moong and stir it.
