
Ingredients:
• 3-4 plain khakhras, crushed into pieces
• 1/2 cup – fresh curds (beaten)
• 1 – small Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – coriander (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – crushed cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder (optional)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put khakhras in a serving dish. Add all of the other ingredients except half coriander. Mix to blend flavours.
- Garnish with remaining coriander.
- Serve immediately.
