
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – crabs
• 500 g – Potatoes
• 5 g – Turmeric powder
• 20 g – chilli powder
• 10 g – Green chillies
• .5 g – pepper powder
• 10 ml – Lime juice
• salt to taste
• For coating:
• 3 eggs
• 100 g – bread crumbs
• oil for frying
Method:
- Chop the green chillies.
- Boil the crabs and remove the flesh.
- Boil the potatoes and mash them along with the crab meat and the rest of the ingredients.
- Beat the eggs.
- Make oval patties of any desired size.
- Coat the rolls with egg and breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
