Ingredients:

• 15 – Dates
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• A pinch – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 – Egg
• 3 cups – Rice crispies
• 1/2 cup – Cashew nuts
• 1/2 cup – Coconut powder

Method:

  1. Powder the rice crispies.
  2. Melt butter on slow fire.
  3. Fry cashew nuts & then chop them.
  4. Chop dates and mix with butter.
  5. Mix & beat egg and sugar.
  6. Mix rice crispies, butter, cashew, dates, cardamom powder, and egg & sugar together.
  7. Stir this mixture over a slow fire for about 5 minutes.
  8. Mix it very well and make small balls.
  9. Dip these balls in coconut powder and serve.
