Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup – pitted Dates
• 2/3 cup – roasted Walnuts
• 2/3 cups – roasted pistas (1/3 cup for balls, 1/3 cup for topping)
• 1/3 cup – cornflakes
Method:
- Powder 1/3 cup pistas and walnuts coarsely.
- Separately powder another 1/3 cup pistas and set aside.
- Pulse the cornflakes into a coarse powder.
- Knead the dates and mix with the powdered nuts.
- Take small portions of this mix and roll them on your palms and give a ball shape.
- Roll few balls in the powdered cornflakes and flatten them a bit
- Roll the left over balls in powdered pistas and flatten them a bit
- Arrange on a serving plate.
