Ingredients:

• Coriander seeds

Method:

  1. Choose crisp green seeds, which do not have holes in them.
  2. Remove stalks, husk, etc.
  3. Place in strong sunlight for 30 minutes
  4. Grind to a fine powder.
  5. Sieve and grind the more coarse part once again.
  6. Sieve again
  7. Store in clean air-tight jar.
