Ingredients:

• 100 g – parboiled Rice
• 100 g – raw Rice
• 50 g – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• salt to taste
• 100 ml – oil

Method:

  1. Soak the ingredients in water for about 2-3 hours. Grind (adding water in steps) into a very fine batter.
  2. Add salt and keep aside for about 12 hours (until it gets sour).
  3. Heat a tawa and smear with a little oil.
  4. Spread some batter in a round shape and shallow-fry.
  5. Turn over so that both the sides are well cooked.
