Ingredients:
• 20 ml. sesame oil
• 20 ml. soya sauce
• 20 gms. Spring onions
• 30 gms. fresh sliced Mushrooms
• 400 ml. vegetable stock
• For Dumplings:
• 30 gms. chopped Carrot
• 30 gms. chopped Cabbage
• 30 gms. chopped Mushrooms
• 30 gms. chopped baby Corn
• 20 gms. chopped Broccoli
• 20 gms. chopped beans
• 20 gms. chopped Garlic
• 20 gms. chopped Ginger
• 20 gms. chopped Green chillies
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp. Red Chilli sauce
• 50 gms. Refined flour
• 20 gms. cornflour
Method:
- Mix all the chopped vegetables together add seasonings, refined flour and corn flour.
- Add sesame seeds, oil, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
- Make small balls of that mixture and steam in boiling water.
- Heat stock water in wok, add sesame oil and vegetable alongwith seasoning.
- Put drops of soya sauce to soup.
- Add steamed dumplings to soup and remove from heat.
- Pour soup in bowl, garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
