Ingredients:

• Boneless Chicken – 250 g
• Onion – 4, medium sized
• Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
• Green chilli – a few
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground cardamoms, Cinnamons and Cloves – 1 tbsp
• Basmati Rice – 400 g, half cooked and drained
• Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. In a non-stick pan, add the chicken pieces, ginger paste, onion, green chilli, chilli powder and salt and cook until done.
  2. Add the half-cooked rice and mix properly with the chicken.
  3. Mix in the freshly ground garam masala.
  4. Cover and cook until done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
