Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Butter
• 3 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 cup – self rising flour
• 1 cup – Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup – grated dark chocolate
Method:
- Whisk the butter until creamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Make lime-sized balls of the mixture and place them on a greased baking tray.
- Press the balls to flatten them and bake them in the oven at 160 degrees C until hard.
