Ingredients:
• 7 to 8 – Mushrooms
• 150g – Maida
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 packet – Maggi Magic Masala
• Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – soda bicarb
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 cup – water
• 1 cup – breadcrumbs
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients (except mushroom, bread crumbs, and oil) and make a smooth paste.
- Marinate the mushroom in the paste for some time, and then roll it in bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
