
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 2 – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – chat masala
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 5 tbsp – rava
• 1 tbsp – salt
Method:
- Clean, cut and boil spinach, green chillies, coriander and green peas for 10 minutes.
- Strain this and keep aside.
- Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistles.
- Mash the potatoes, spinach and green peas together, without adding water.
- Add salt, chaat masala and mix well.
- Make tiny balls of the mix and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
- Coat these balls with rava and shallow fry in oil (medium heat) for 5 mins on each side.
- Garnish with lemon rinds and onions.
- Serve.
