Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 2 – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – chat masala
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 5 tbsp – rava
• 1 tbsp – salt

Method:

  1. Clean, cut and boil spinach, green chillies, coriander and green peas for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain this and keep aside.
  3. Pressure cook potatoes for 3 whistles.
  4. Mash the potatoes, spinach and green peas together, without adding water.
  5. Add salt, chaat masala and mix well.
  6. Make tiny balls of the mix and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
  7. Coat these balls with rava and shallow fry in oil (medium heat) for 5 mins on each side.
  8. Garnish with lemon rinds and onions.
  9. Serve.
