
Ingredients:
• Maggi noodles – 1 packet
• 1/2 – Tomato
• Beans and peas – 2 tbsp each
• A few Cauliflower florets, chopped
• 1/2 – carrot, chopped
• 1/2 – onion, chopped
• Juice of 1/2 Lime
• Pinch of Garam Masala
Method:
- Boil the water and add all the vegetables, except cauliflower, carrots, and onion.
- Add the noodles, the tastemaker, and garam masala.
- Let this boil for a few minutes. When almost done, add in the carrots and cauliflower.
- Let it simmer for a minute, empty into a bowl, and add lime juice and onions.
