Ingredients:

• Paneer- 250 g (cut into cubes of 1 inch each)
• Green peas – 1/2 cup
• 1 – medium size Onion paste
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
• Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Red Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Magaz Seeds – 2 tbsp (Magaz is dried melon seeds)
• Milk – 1 cup
• Butter – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add 1/2 cup of milk with the magaz and make a fine paste. Keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onion and ginger paste, and fry till golden.
  3. Add all the dry masala, tomato puree and fry for two minutes.
  4. Add paneer, peas and fry for some time.
  5. Add magaz paste and rest of the milk.
  6. Cook on low heat for 5 mins.
  7. Serve with roti or naan.
