Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Prawns
• 2 – Onions (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (slit)
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Curry leaves & Coriander leaves, a few
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Clean and wash prawns.
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion.
- When it turns brown, add ginger-garlic paste and chillies.
- Add tomatoes and the powders.
- Stir till the tomatoes are cooked.
- Add vinegar, prawns, and salt.
- Cook till done.
- Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
