Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken thighs
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt- to taste
• 2 – Lemons
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 tsp – food colour
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• Oil to fry
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 – onion, medium

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, and lemon juice for half an hour.
  2. Put a kadai and add 3 teaspoons of oil into it.
  3. Put the marinated chicken into the kadai and let the chicken cook.
  4. In the meantime, mix the corn flour and food colour in cold milk.
  5. When the chicken is done, pour the corn flour mixture on to the chicken and see that the mixture is spread on the chicken pieces evenly.
  6. Take the chicken thighs and fry them in oil till the crust is hard enough.
  7. Garnish with sliced onions and fried chillies.
