Ingredients:

• 6 – hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) – drained sweet relish
• 30 ml (2 tbsp) – ranch-style salad dressing
• Salt to taste
• Pepper
• 4 – (5-inch) – Italian-style rolls
• 250 ml (1 cup) – chunky herb and Garlic Pasta sauce
• For garnish
• Shredded cheese

Method:

  1. Blend together eggs, relish, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cut rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Cut each half crosswise into 2 pieces. Toast cut sides.
  4. Spread 15 ml (1 tbsp) pasta sauce over each toasted bread piece.
  5. Spoon 15 ml (1 tbsp) egg mixture on top.
  6. Garnish with shredded cheese.
  7. Broil until mixture is hot and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
