
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 2 Onions
• 4-5 Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2-3 Green chillies
• 3 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 3-4 black Cardamom
• 4-5 Cinnamon
• 4-5 Red Chillies
• pulp of 2 Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. – oil
• 1 tsp – poppy seed paste
• 3 potatoes, fried.
Method:
- Chop onions, garlic and ginger, and grind to a paste.
- Heat oil, add cardamom, cinnamon and red chillies. Add hard boiled eggs and fry a little. Remove from oil.
- Add onion and poppy seed paste and fry. Dissolve masala and salt in 1/2 cup of water and add to the paste. Add green chilli and tomatoes and fry well.
- Add fried potatoes and water, and cook till potatoes are tender. Add egg halves and boil for 2 mins.
- Sprinkle coriander (chopped) and serve with roti or naan.
