
Ingredients:
• 5 – Egg
• 1/2 kg – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 – small Onion chopped finely
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Boil the eggs and slice into halves.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add onions and cook over low heat till onions are tender.
- Keep stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes with 1/2 cup water and simmer till cooked
- Mix corn flour in a little water till smooth
- Add corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the pan. Stir well.
- Add eggs and green chillies
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat
- Serve hot
