
Ingredients:
• 2 – hard-boiled eggs, shelled
• Soy sauce to taste
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 sprig – spring onion, chopped finely
• 3 – Cloves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
- Add soy sauce, salt, cloves and saute
- Add sliced boiled eggs and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly, continuously.
- Remove from fire when they turn brown.
- Slice them, garnish with spring onion and serve.
