Ingredients:

• 6 – Egg
• 1/2 – Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 – Onions
• 1 inch piece – ginger, sliced
• 4 – green chillies, sliced
• 2 – tomatoes, cut into cubes
• 200 g – Green peas
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar to taste
• 2 tsp – salt to taste
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, chopped

Method:

  1. Hard boil the eggs and cut into halves and keep aside
  2. Now grind the coconut with cumin and turmeric and extract the thick juice and keep aside
  3. Then add 1.5 cups of water to the coconut pulp, grind it again, and extract the remaining thin juice
  4. Now cut tomatoes into cubes. Keep aside
  5. Then warm ghee in a pan, and saute the sliced onion until brown
  6. Now add the thin juice with rest of the sliced masala, tomatoes, and the green peas
  7. Boil until the green peas are tender
  8. Add the salt, vinegar and the thick juice and stir well.
  9. Let it boil for 5 mins
  10. Then add the egg pieces and remove from the fire
  11. Serve with rice or chapattis.
