Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Brown Rice flour
• 1.5 cups – All-purpose flour

Method:
- Beat the butter and sugar until they turn soft and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
- Mix the flours, chocolate powder, sesame seeds and baking powder together and gradually add to the butter-sugar mixture until you get a soft and stiff dough.
- Roll the dough with rolling pin and cut into biscuits with cookie cutter.
- Arrange the biscuits over the lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Store them in airtight box.
