Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Brown Rice flour
• 1.5 cups – All-purpose flour

Method:

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until they turn soft and creamy.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  3. Mix the flours, chocolate powder, sesame seeds and baking powder together and gradually add to the butter-sugar mixture until you get a soft and stiff dough.
  4. Roll the dough with rolling pin and cut into biscuits with cookie cutter.
  5. Arrange the biscuits over the lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  6. Store them in airtight box.
