Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• salt to taste
• Sugar to taste
• 1/2 cup – whipped Cream
• 1 tbsp – icing Sugar
• 2 cups – ice-cold Milk

Method:

  1. Separate the egg white from the yolk.
  2. Beat the yolk with salt.
  3. Whip milk with sugar, cardamom and cinnamon powder till frothy.
  4. Add egg yolk to milk and beat well.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Add to the milk-yolk mixture.
  7. Beat whipped cream and icing sugar in a separate bowl.
  8. Pour the eggnog into glasses and top with whipped cream.
  9. Serve chilled.
