Ingredients:

• 3.75 l – Milk
• 1 dozen – eggs
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 30 ml – pure vanilla extract
• 1 pinch – Nutmeg
• 950 ml – whiskey
• 950 ml – brandy
• 475 ml – dark rum
• 475 ml – light rum

Method:

  1. Separate eggs. Mix yolks in milk.
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. Save some sugar for egg whites.
  4. Stir in extract, whiskey, brandy and rum.
  5. Beat egg whites with sugar until it peaks.
  6. Pour on eggnog.
  7. Add nutmeg to peaks.
