Ingredients:

• 1 cup – medium grain Rice
• 1 bunch – spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 – carrot, finely chopped
• 2 or 3 – Cabbage leaves, finely chopped
• 6 or 7 – French beans, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1.5 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce

Method:

  1. Boil rice till each grain is separate and almost done.
  2. Drain and cool in a plate.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or pan and add vegetables, except spring onions.
  4. Stir fry till crisp. Then add spring onions, salt and sauces.
  5. Mix well and pour over the rice.
  6. Mix the rice and vegetables gently, till evenly coated.
  7. Adjust sauces and salt as per taste.
  8. Serve hot.
