Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – fresh Methi leaves
• 1/2 tsp – crushed dry dhaniya
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 inch – ginger, finely chopped
• A pinch of ajwain (optional)
• 1 tsp – garlic, finely chopped
• 1.5 cups – Chana flour (besan)
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 cup – rava
• 1 – onion, finely chopped (optional)
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of a slightly thick consistency.
- Deep fry them in the oil.
- Serve hot.
